Abundant Life Assisted Services provides home care and related support services under the Medicaid Waiver Program as well as private pay arrangements. Specific services and care plans will be detailed in client agreements.Eligibility
Services are available to clients who qualify under Medicaid Waiver Program requirements or who enter into a private pay arrangement with Abundant Life Assisted Services.Payment
Medicaid Waiver clients: Covered in accordance with state Medicaid guidelines.
Private pay clients: Payment terms will be outlined in the individual service agreement.
Confidentiality
All personal and health information collected will be protected in accordance with HIPAA and applicable privacy laws.
